Delete your account

You can delete your Handrail account and all of its data yourself, from inside the app, in about ten seconds.

  1. Open Handrail and tap the date line at the top of the Today screen. That opens Settings.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
  3. Confirm with Delete everything.

What gets deleted

Your account, profile, shifts, prep steps, tasks, essentials, every capture and its photo, every document in your vault, reminders, and AI usage records. Deletion is immediate and permanent — there is no recovery window.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a Handrail Pro subscription. Cancel it in your App Store account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) so you aren't charged again.

Can't get into the app?

Email hello@myhandrail.me from the address on the account and we'll delete it for you within a few days.
