Quick answers
The leave-by time looks wrong. Hard leave = shift start − travel time − 10 minutes to get settled. Tap the date line on Today to open Settings and change your travel time, leave warning, and pack lead.
Alarms aren't firing. Open iOS Settings → Handrail → Notifications and make sure they're allowed. Handrail only uses notifications for leave-by alarms and reminders.
It read my paper wrong. Tap "Not this" on the card and snap it again with better light and the whole page in frame. Handwriting is read best when it's flat and the photo isn't angled. Check dates and amounts before you tap Yes.
Voice isn't working. iOS Settings → Handrail → allow Microphone and Speech Recognition. Transcription happens on your phone.
I bought Pro but it's not active. Open the Pro screen and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID that bought it.
